That’s right — you have to find a farm driver.
To do that, write a job posting advertisement using the pieces of paper on the Orders Board (click on them) and mail it to the local newspaper.
You then have to either wait for 8 hours or use Priority Mail Express (speed it up using RC) to receive a response letter with the applicants in your mailbox and you can decide whether to hire the only applicant or not. 🙂
