The Brick Mill works just like the Dutch Mill, but faster. It allows you to shave 10 seconds off the time required by the Dutch Mill to make Flour or Cornmeal. So, The Brick Mill will do it in 35 seconds vs. the Dutch Mill’s 45 seconds.
Once you reach level 15, you will be able to buy the Brick Mill from the Buildings tab in the Ranch Shop for 9,500 coins.
You’ll notice that the Brick Mill isn’t finished when you place it on your farm. To finish building it, you must ask your friends for 35 Bricks, 25 Shingles Tiles, 18 Wood Beams, and 4 Sails or buy these materials using RC.
As for the materials from the bottom row, they’re quite big and they will be put in place with extra help from your friends. So, you need 10 people to help you out with the Cogwheel, 10 people for the Main Shaft, and 15 people for the Grinding Stone, which is the largest piece of them all. Alternatively, you can use RC to finish adding these larger materials from the bottom row.
Obviously, the Brick Mill is a large building that takes up some space. If you want to see what’s going on behind it, click on the small arrow below the Toggle full screen icon in the bottom-right part of your screen. From the sliding menu, click on the icon with two trees to toggle the visibility of trees and tall buildings.
