Why is a player in a higher level than the bracket shown?

Farmers are automatically placed in their respective level bracket at the beginning of each Competitions Edition.

Even if a player levels up during the course of a Competition and surpasses their level bracket (i.e. starts at level 57, so level 51-60, and finishes at 63), they will remain in the level bracket they were in at the start of Competitions.
