You can’t sell only one chicken from your Chicken Yard without selling the whole Yard.
The solution is to move the chicken to a new Chicken Yard with the Move Tool. After you choose the Move Tool, make sure you click directly on the chicken you want to move. Then, simply click on the yard where you want to move the chicken to — but make sure there’s room 🙂
