To get the Advent Calendar you first have to complete the quest called “The Month of Giving”.
You’ll be able to unlock the 1st of December for free if you complete the quest by December 2nd. So, if you are on a lower level, don’t stress out, as you should be able to complete the quest.
Once the quest is done, open the Calendar from the top right part of your game screen and click several times on the day you’re on to collect your gifts. For example, on December 6th you can only open day 6 for free.
The time for each day is based on the UTC time zone.
There is no time limit to complete the quest, as the Calendar will be available up to Christmas, but for example if you complete the quest on December 15, you won’t be able to collect all the things from the Calendar.
December 25th unlocks only when you collect the Gifts from all other days (1-24 December).
How can I recoup lost days?
Lost days can be unlocked starting from 2 RC/day. The prices goes up by 1 RC, up to a maximum of 8 RC/day. You can also choose what day to unlock from the missed ones.
