If you’re looking for an item that isn’t available in the Shop, it may have been released as an Event reward or as part of a special offer.
Many of these items are premium items that required significant time and effort to create and implement. For that reason, if they become available again, they’re usually added to the Shop for RC or offered through special promotions (such as Collections, or some Decorations, for example), rather than for Coins.
Unlike many limited-time Event rewards in games, we do try to bring back previous items from time to time, giving players another opportunity to obtain rewards they may have missed. However, not every item returns, and we can’t guarantee when, or if, a specific reward will be available again.
To avoid missing out, we recommend completing Events and keeping an eye on the Shop and special offers whenever they appear.
